Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address.

Same-Day Shipping

Mackallis offers Same-Day shipping for all in stock orders placed by 4PM Monday-Friday (excluding observed holidays). While a vast majority of all orders will ship same day, some exclusions will apply:

• Large-volume orders that may require specialized handling or trucking 

• Orders requiring additional review or documentation 

• Orders for AK, HI or international shipments 

• Adverse natural and man-made events preventing shipping 

• Shipments designated to a customer\collect carrier 

Unless otherwise noted, Same Day shipping may not apply when utilizing a vendor partner for fulfillment.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@mackallis.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back using the provided label
5. Receive your refund once the return is processed

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
